GENERAL TERMS OF SALECLOSE

Installation: Within a week from receipt of the order at headquarter towns (Delhi, Calcutta, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune) In other towns the delay will not exceed a fortnight. After installation your staff will be trained on the software.

Computer facilities: The software is compatible with any Pentium machine with 1 GB RAM on Windows, In LAN Server the machine should be minimum Pentium V with 1 GB RAM and above, space occupied will be 1 GB Hard disk
Printer supported by Windows 2000 & above (if printing is desired) & Mouse.
The software is strictly for the subscriber’s own use and the subscription is liable to be forfeited if it is distributed by him to any one else. XBRLine is not responsible for data contains provided in instance document, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify contains of instance document.
The annual subscription specified will hold only for the first renewal.
The attached subscription form should accompany the order. Renewal payment should be made within 10 days from the due date.
The quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of quotation.
The consideration is exclusive of all taxes, statutory levies and any charges payable thereon on the date of execution of this Contract. All levies imposed in the future by any competent authority will be charged separately to the purchaser.
Accidental errors/omissions are accepted.
In the event of any dispute, negotiations and/or legal action will have to be in the city of Mumbai, India.
